Nothing much to say, but I can list some examples. Like events. I can help with entity placements, enemy and friendly spawns, some role-play, artillery strikes, and maybe even help event planners plan. If there is not an event going on and it is just downtime rdm, I can make sure it does not get too far out of hand and enforce the rules if needed. Also, some other thoughts that just came to mind. I can help whitelist, train recruits, and clean the map after prop spammers prop spam. Man, I just realized. Two hundred words are really harsh for such a simple question. People should have a good time in our community and not have any trouble. It is a good goal to have, and it is one everyone should share. But anyways, some basic goals of mine are to keep the community engaged and interested, enforce the rules when necessary, and promoting our community to improve growth. Two hundred and fifty words are killer. Not even my writing class in college is that harsh. I feel like you should pick me out of all the others because I know what being a staff member will take. I will make it simple for you. First off, under no circumstances are rules to be broken. No Exceptions, No Excuses. Next up is Taking care of the player base. This is the number one priority. This includes but is not limited to; Keeping the server from crashing, keeping the immersive level at a high at all times, and prevention of RDM. Last off is Respect. In the Military, you are to show respect to every rank whether they are General of the Army or Recruit. I feel like this should be that way in this server too. The way I put that was pretty cheesy, but I'm not going to re-write it. Anyways, I am only at about one hundred and seventy words now, so I guess I will have to add on. Choosing me will ensure that things get done, such as training, being on duty, and keeping Sly in line. Choosing me will also ensure that my goals as a staff member will come to fruition. Also, something that just came to mind, and I'm not sure if this is something you care about, but I have experience with 'enriching' maps. As a weakness, I get bored easily. [/color]  --Scenarios--  Player A submits a report against Player B. The report states that Player B has said a racial slur but cannot provide proof. What do you do? [color=#c0392b]Check logs and witnesses[/color]   You are on duty as a Staff Member and are no clipping around, responding to tickets, etc. You notice that in the kill feed you see mass amounts of kills coming from Fives . You decide to investigate and come to the conclusion that Fives is Mass RDMing. What do you do? (In this Scenario, Fives is not a staff member) [color=#c0392b]/bring Fives /freeze Fives Give him his punishment.[/color]  Fives joins the server for the first time and follows the instructions to call for a trainer. 15 minutes later, you notice Fives is still waiting for a trainer.
