I have noticed that a lot of messing around and breaking rp has happened because their is nothing to do. I believe that this can be mitigated if their were small tasks for the players to do. These tasks would be such things as patrols, sims, media interviews, challenges with rewards and many other small "events". As for major events I know theirs a lot of room for improvement, the events that do go on are one off events, none have a story with actual consequences if an objective is failed. These events are perfectly fine and need to be done, how ever I would try to set up campaigns so players could have something to look forward to.[/size][/color] [b][size=150][color=#e74c3c]What do you bring to the Event Planning Team?[/color][/size][/b] [color=#2980b9][size=150]I can bring several things to the EP team. I can bring creativity with good and fun event ideas that are no typical, and while some of them may not be too serious they would have unique and goals that would motivate the players to come on more often. I can also bring experience from other servers, I have served as a head of staff on a small server called Napalm Networks, and an EP/GM on another server called Outer haven v2. Finally I can bring leadership as I mentioned before I have served as a head of staff, but I have also served as a CO, and I have also been a team captain IRL, which was not for show I actually had to help lead my team.[/size][/color] [b][size=150][color=#e74c3c]What is your greatest creative strength?[/color][/size][/b] [color=#2980b9][size=150]My greatest creative strength is working with others. Whenever I sit down with EPs on other servers and just chat, we end up pinging event ideas off each other or small issues we see with the server. This leads us to come up with creative event ideas and solutions that we can implement with as EPs. While I can still come up and run these events on my own, others balance me out by saying "that's to unrealistic we need to tone it down". This also works in the opposite direction too, I can real people back in to reality and usually am acutely aware of the player base size and always tailor my events to fit that size.[/size][/color] [b][size=150][color=#e74c3c]How often are you available?[/color][/size][/b] [color=#2980b9][size=150]Usually I should be available, however school does take a higher priority and as the semester continues my availability may fluctuate.
